Greenbrier Fine Arts & Small Business Foundation (GFA&SB) will offer mini-grants to small businesses, sole proprietors, seniors, individuals with financial needs, for public relations and marketing services, professional workshops, association dues/fees, application fees, entry fees for entry of professional work, website design and maintenance, graphic design and layout, etc. GFA&SB will also provide scholarships to students in the following fields: Radio/TV Broadcasting; Advertising; Public Relations/Marketing; Communications; Music; Screenwriting/Filmmaking; Theatre/Acting; Publishing/Journalism; Culinary Arts; Visual & Performing Arts; Liberal Arts; Photography; History; Graphic Design; Website Design & Maintenance; Foreign Language; Speech/Public Speaking/Sign Language; English/Literature; Art (any medium); and Crafts. All recipients of the mini-grants and scholarships must be a resident of Greenbrier County in the State of West Virginia for a minimum of one year prior to application. Scholarships will be made for education and instruction in West Virginia educational facilties only and will be paid directly to that institution. |
